Vishwanagaram Will Not Happen Overnight – KTR

Telangana Municipal Minister, K Taraka Ramarao gave a reply in the Assembly about the functioning of GHMC. The Minister went on to say that his government is on the track of making Hyderabad as a Global City but went on to say that it will not happen overnight as being demanded by the opposition.

“We are the ones who solved drinking water problem of Hyderabad. We controlled Clubs, Gudumba and are implementing plastic roads and white topping roads. We are also working on Nalas encroachment and would solve the issue before the rainy seasons”, KTR informed the house.

KTR also said that the government will not allow digging of roads unless the road tenders are finalized. He also told how the government and GHMC are working in tandem to bring in water meters and curb illegal usage of water for commercial purposes. He also told the house about effective policing through Police Command Control Center.
