Global Company Files Arbitration Petition Against Jagan Govt

International Architecture Company, Fosters had filed an arbitration petition against Andhra Pradesh Government in the Supreme Court.

Fosters informed the Supreme Court that it has given the Amaravati Master Plan and the designs of various buildings in the capital area but the state government is defaulting on the payments.

“We have written several letters to the state government regarding the pending payments ever since June 2019 to Amaravati Metropolitan Region Development Agency (AMRDA) but there is no response,” Fosters informed the Supreme Court.

Fosters requested the Apex Court to get their payments cleared through arbitration.

Supreme Court has given notices to AMRDA to respond to the Petition of the Fosters.
