Govt ahead of Opposition in Assembly on Spl. Status issue!

AP Government seem to be well prepared in countering Opposition on Special Status issue. The opposition party had given an adjournment motion to take up the discussion on special Status issue. However the Speaker rejected it and said Government is ready to make an announcement about it in the house.

Government also confirmed that it is ready to discuss the issue and approve a motion and send it to center if necessary. But Jagan insisted that his party’s motion on the issue to be taken in to discussion.

However Speaker Kodela announced that since government puts up the issue in agenda, adjournment motion of the Opposition can not be taken in to consideration. Assembly affairs minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that the government is ready to discuss the issue at appropriate time and will do all that necessary for putting pressure on the center.
