Govt finalizes location of the Temporary Capital

Andhra Pradesh government is once again mooting the idea of temporary capital for shifting of the administration to Amaravati. On Tuesday night, the government had issued a G.O. of taking the 22.72 acres land of Arihant Indo African Infra Developers And Builders for this purpose.

This land is present in the Guntur-Vijayawada highway in CRDA limits. In the lieu of these lands, government allotted lands at Amaravati Township in Navuluru. The government is likely to arrange secretariat and other important government offices here.

This area has got good connectivity and also there will not be the problems of residential facilities to employees around this place. Looks like the government is very serious about shifting of the administration as soon as possible.
