Ban on Pizza delivery bikes?

Central government seem to be coming up with strange ideas. The government alleges that Pizza delivery bikes have come a nuisance of sort in traffic and are planning to regulate them.

The government says all the Pizza delivery bikes are currently floating norms carrying big boxes behind them. They say rules do not allow any change in the design of motorcycles to deliver pizzas and other items.

So the existing bikes will have to change their design according to the new rules to be framed by the government or get penalized or banned. The new rules will allow a box not exceeding 550mm in length, 510mm in width and 500mm in height may be fitted on a motor cycle. The center had sought responses from the states regarding this issue.
