Iron fist on Real Estate Frauds in Capital

The upcoming capital region area of Andhra Pradesh will have strict norms on the violations of Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) rules. The Bill recently passed by the Assembly and Council will become an act on Governor’s approval. CRDA Act will give Supreme Powers to the CRDA commissioner. Up on his recommendation or complaint, Police can arrest any person of any level and produce him in court.

Police Commissioner and Superintendents of Police will be taking care of the law and order in the capital region and will be assisting CRDA commissioner. The offences will also include the real estate frauds which will disturb the capital planning of the government.

This Act will prove very handy to the government as real estate frauds are skyrocketing in the region as the land prices are soaring high in the region. Nagulapalli Srikanth is the first CRDA commissioner and he will be gave a very big responsibility in the next five years.
