Groundwork Begins for Unemployment Allowance in AP

TDP Government has begun the Ground Work for executing Unemployment Allowance in the state. The government is busy finalizing the number of unemployed youth in the state. We are told that there are 34 Lakh Unemployed People in the state.

Among these, 24 Lakh belong to BC, SC, and ST Communities. 10 Lakh People have studies Intermediate, 12 Lakh People have completed their Graduation and 2 Lakh were PG and above. All this 34 Lakh people are in the age group of 16 to 35 Years.

TDP has promised Unemployment Allowance before 2014 elections. While Opposition is criticizing the ruling party for that, Naidu has decided to implement it even when things are very difficult for the Cash-strapped state. There are doubts if this allowance will defuse Youth.
