Modi Learned His Lesson?

When the Central government is hellbent on July 1st rollout of Goods and Services Tax (GST), everyone thought that we are in for Demonetization like a disaster. But then, the transition so far seems to be smoother than expected.

Union Government seems to have done its homework well addressing the glitches faster than expected. The government is also scrutinizing the companies to ensure that they pass on the GST benefits to the end customers in cases where tax slabs are lower than the previous tax regime.

Some even thought that GST difficulties may pose a major challenge to BJP in the next elections but so far things have been smooth. This implies that Narendra Modi seems to have learned the lesson from the Demonetization Operation Failures.
