GUV’s alternate solution: Will KCR agree?

Governor of the Telugu States, ESL Narasimhan finally is intervening to solve the ongoing EAMCET controversy between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Andhra Prades State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) argues that APSCHE has the authority to conduct CETs as TSCHE never existed on June 2, the appointed day of the state formation. But Telangana’s argument is exactly the opposite.

Governor has proposed that both the Telugu States should take turns in conducting each CET year after year. This seems to be feasible solution for this issue which may affect the future of four Lakh students. We will have to see of both the governments agree for this solution!

Already both the states have announced different dates for conducting the exam. Telangana proposes to form a committee to conduct EAMCET. They say a representative of AP state can be included as a member in the admissions committee and this person will be in charge of overseeing the conduct of Eamcet-2015 in AP.
