GVL Narasimha Rao Becomes GVL Drama Rao!

GVL Narasimha Rao expected the Vishakapatnam Ticket from the BJP. He camped in Vizag for the last couple of years and conducted some programs using CSR funds from various central organizations. But then, the Vizag ticket went to the Telugu Desam Party and Balakrishna’s SIL Sri Bharat is contesting.

Sri Bharat lost by a slender margin in the 2019 elections due to cross-voting.

He is a strong candidate financially and also due to the connections locally. Moreover, the Telugu Desam Party is super strong in the Vishakapatnam district.

GVL who claims himself as a loyalist to the Central Government is in a fix after the announcement.

He does not want to lose his reputation in Delhi by turning into a Rebel and at the same time, he thinks this is a good time to become an MP with the support of the TDP voters. So, he is busy with backdoor attempts to get the seat.

Since TDP is seeking the return of Narasapuram MP and Anaparthy MLA seats from the BJP, GVL is hoping to impress the high command and ensure they ask for Vishakapatnam Parliament.

He is trying to exert pressure on Delhi using some Chota-mota leaders of Vizag BJP and an NGO called Jana Jagarana Samiti. But then, all these leaders are unknown faces, and their opinions are barely being considered.

There are some flexies in the Vizag in support of GVL saying that he became a scapegoat of Family and Caste Politics. It is no secret that GVL is behind these Flexies.

GVL Narasimha Rao is a Chief Member of the Pro-YSR Congress camp in the Andhra Pradesh BJP. We have seen how he is one of the main reasons for the TDP and BJP alliance fallout before the 2019 elections.

These orchestrated protests are aimed at blackmailing his own party and if he does not get the seat, it will at least damage the TDP candidate which will serve the purpose of GVL and his love for the YSR Congress.

However, locals say GVL is someone who can not command ten votes on his own and all these theatrics will barely yield anything.

We will have to see if the BJP high command sees through this plan of GVL!
