Hear Us: Worried Jagan Govt To SC In CBN Case!

YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing everything he can to irk Chandrababu Naidu one way or the other. He is leaving no stone unturned to keep Chandrababu in jail.

Incidentally, CBN had filed a SLP at the Supreme Court asking to quash the FIR that has been filed against him with regard to the skill scam allegations that the AP CID has made against him.

Now, the AP government has filed a Caveat in Chandrababu’s SLP, asking the Apex Court not to pass a judgement without hearing their argument in the case.

The Caveat was filed today and the same could be coming to hearing on the 3rd of October, when the next hearing on the case is scheduled.

Taking a look at this, it can be understood that Jagan is worried about the verdict of the Supreme Court and he has started to do whatever he can to drag the case further and keep CBN in jail.

While there’s already a commotion that Chandrababu is jailed for political vendetta, Jagan is still pursuing this route despite the public backlash. Will this come back to haunt Jagan with AP elections under 6 months from now? We shall wait and see.
