Heavy Rains Threaten TRS’ Kongara Kolan Meeting

Telangana Rashtra Samiti is speaking of this Mother of All Public Meetings at Kongara Kolan where the party has made tall claims of congregating 25 Lakh People from all the districts of the state. But then, heavy rains lashing Hyderabad is threatening to foil the meeting.

It rained very heavily last night at the meeting venue. One of the very huge cutouts of CM KCR came down crashing due to the heavy winds. The rains lashing the city posed huge traffic problems everywhere. The party machinery is worried if these rains will affect the attendance at the meeting this evening.

KCR has taken this meeting as a Show of Strength and wants it to succeed at any cost. Rumors are that all the expenses to this huge public meeting and mobilizing the crowds are coming up to a whopping 350 Crore which is unprecedented.
