High Court Allows TRS’ Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha

Hyderabad High Court has struck down the Public Interest Litigation filed against TRS Party’s Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha which is scheduled for September 2nd. Environmental Activist and Lawyer, Poojari Sridhar filed this petition.

He alleged that this Public Meeting will cause problems for the environment as well as the people and urged the court to stop it. Advocate General argued the case and informed the court that all the arrangement for the meeting were made and the organizers will ensure that there is no disturbance to the people as well as the Environment.

Taking the word of the Advocate General, the high court struck down the petition and allowed the meeting. In the wake of the early elections, TRS has taken this meeting prestigiously and is congregating 25 Lakh people from all the constituencies.
