HC Grants Anticipatory Bail For CBN

TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu has been waging a lengthy and tough legal battle against the cases pitted against him by the AP government.

Now, coming to the topic, CBN has finally found some respite as he was granted anticipatory bail in the Angallu violence case.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court granted anticipatory bail to Chandrababu Naidu in the Angallu case a short while ago after hearing the arguments of both teams over the past few days.

Several TDP leaders were arrested in the Angallu case recently and the AP police tried to get Chandrababu on Prisoner Transfer in the Angallu case as well, but the high court has now granted anticipatory bail for CBN.

This is the first real positive response CBN has gotten in his legal battle as the AP government has been going berserk to keep him behind bars in any way.

Meanwhile, CBN’s quash petition on the AP skill development case will come to hearing at the Supreme Court today and the hearings are expected to start at 2 PM today.
