High Court Issues Notices to Chandrababu Naidu in Kodi Kathi Case

Hyderabad High Court had issued notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Andhra Pradesh DGP and eight others in relation to the Kodi Kathi Attack on Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. CISF Official from Hyderabad was also given notices in relation to this case.

The court asked the Police to give the Investigation Report in a Sealed Cover in Two Weeks Time and posted the next hearing of the case to after two weeks. On the other side, the CCTV Monitoring Team of Vishakapatnam Airport also attended to the court today and they shockingly revealed that there is no footage of the last three months in the Airport.

The team which attended also could not tell who is taking the ownership of the CCTV Footage Coverage of Airport. Vishakapatnam Airport is owned by Indian Navy and is also used for Civil Aviation. At the same time, CISF is responsible for the security of all the airports including Vizag Airport. The Team which came to the court could not say who is handling the CCTV between the both.
