HC Points Out at TS Police Over-Enthusiasm in Data Breach Case

Telangana Police have finally brought the four arrested employees of IT Grid Company before the High Court Judge in TDP Data Breach Case. After a Habeaus Corpus Petition by the company, Telangana Police told the court that they are taken into custody as Evidence and not as Accused. The Court asked the Police since when they started arresting evidence.

The Police told the court that they are not arrested and are only taken for custody. They are let off now. Earlier, TelanganaPolice failed to submit the records of their search in IT Grids Company. They only submitted Blank Papers with Revenue Official’s Signature.

Usually, the signs are taken after the search is over and the findings are recorded. The court took severe objection to that. It is known that a YSR Sympathizer, Lokeshwara Reddy approached Telangana Police saying that a Hyderabad based company, IT Grids has illegally accessed the Aadhar Database of Andhra Pradesh Government to furnish some important details for TDP’s Seva Mitra Apps.

TDP is alleging that YSR Congress with the help of TRS Police trying to access the database of TDP Members in the disguise of the Data Breach. On the other side, Telangana Police is saying that the investigation in the case is on and the hunt is on for the company’s director.
