High Court says ‘Conditions Apply’ for Revanth Reddy bail!

TDP Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy had requested the high court to relax the conditions of his bail and allow him to go to Hyderabad. Revanth Reddy in his petition said to the court that he is a senior leader in Telugu Desam Party and will have many party related works in Hyderabad.

However Telangana ACB objected to the relaxation. They stated to the court that such relaxations can be given on health or family grounds but can not be given for political reasons. The court also said No to Revanth Reddy’s plea and asked his lawyers to withdraw the petition.

It is known that Revanth Reddy was arrested in the Cash for Vote scam. He had to spend one month in jail and later got bail from the high court. He was asked to confine to his Kodangal constituency and was not allowed to Hyderabad.
