High Tension at Naidu’s Residence as YSRCP Cadre Try to Fire Crackers

YSR Congress Supporters are delighted with the massive victory they have got in the elections. A few YSR Congress supporters came to Chandrababu Naidu‘s Undavalli Residence on bikes shouting Bye Bye Babu Slogans. They tried to light crackers just before the main gate of Chandrababu’s residence.

Police stationed there tried to stop them. TDP cadre who are present resisted them and got into heated arguments. As both the sides looked like getting into a tussle, Police intervened and convinced the YSR Congress supporters to go from there. Some of them have threatened the Police of dire consequences reminding them that it is their government.

There is gloom at Chandrababu Naidu’s residence as the party leaders and cadre are shellshocked with the results. More than the defeat, they could not understand how they deserve such a disaster performance despite good administration in the last five years. Chandrababu Naidu himself looked demoralized at the Press Meet last night.

The Party has five years to retrospect what went wrong and take corrective measures. It will be a challenge for Chandrababu Naidu to take the party out of this shock and play a constructive Opposition.
