Billionaire Son in Hyderabad Slum

In an interesting slice of life story, a well to do business family in based in Surat send their kids to an unknown city to live incognito for a month in order to understand the everyday struggles of life. The story came into the mainstream media when Hitarth Dholakia, the son of Ghanshyam Dholakia who is one of the founders of a diamond firm with 6000 crores, shared a video on Facebook detailing his experiencing.

Hitarth talks about his daily struggles from living with 17 others in a 100 rupee lodge, eating from roadside stalls and working low paying jobs to meet ends meet. The video especially talks about the goodness and kindness of people of Hyderabad who helped him selflessly.

Hitarth said that he may be educated in the US, but this month has taught him lessons that no business classes could ever teach him!
