How TS govt intelligently refused bail to Revanth Reddy?

The Court had postponed hearing of Revanth Reddy’s bail petition to 9th of this month a short while ago and asked ACB to file a counter on the bail by 8th of this month. The court also did not take bail petition in to consideration as there is another petition of ACB’s request to give him to their custody for four days is pending.

Telangana government which is working closely with ACB on this case timed their moves well so as to refuse bail to Revanth Reddy. Usually the investigating agencies ask for custody immediately following the arrest.

But ACB did not make any such attempt in the first four days after the arrest and filed the custody petition just a day before the bail petition. Now the bail petition will be considered by the court only after the completion of the custody.Since Revanth Reddy’s daughter engagement is on 11th, he is very anxious about getting bail.
