Hudhud becomes a boon to VGTM realtors!

Cyclone Hudhud may have been a curse to Vishakapatnam but it is proving to be a boon for the realtors in Vijayawada and Guntur stretch. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is camped in Vishakapatnam and is personally supervising the relief works. He almost deployed every official from other districts in the restoration and rehabilitation works of Uttarandhra.

While the officials are busy there, back home realtors are busy developing layouts in VGTM-UDA limits. It is known that the government has ordered VUDA to stop sanctioning layouts so as to control the real estate boom in the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh. Earlier last month the officials have successfully reined them by removing marking stone in 100 unauthorized layouts. But with officials being busy in Vishakapatnam, the greedy realtors are busy converting agricultural land into real estate ventures by filling the irrigation channels.
