NRI Runs Away Leaving Wife at Hyd Airport

He said “I will come back in a minute” to his pregnant wife and never looked back. A Mechanical Engineer who was married an year ago to Sirisha, has left his wife who is carrying one in her womb and one on her shoulders at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

Kirthi Sai Reddy and her husband Sirisha used to live in Virginia in the US and have an 8 year old son. Sirisha is now carrying their second child. Said by her husband, Sirisha accompanied him along with their son to India in a flight on Tuesday. He told that they wont be able to afford living in USA anymore due to financial issues. After reaching RGIA, Sai Reddy asked his wife to wait for a while at the airport and took her phone with him and never returned.

Sirisha reached her parents who live in Vanastalipuram and approached police where she lodged a compliant against her husband and mother-in-law alleging that they harassed her and her son. As reported by Sirisha, Kirthi Sai Reddy and his mother used to harass her and never provided proper food for her and her son and now they left her unaddressed after reaching Hyderabad.

Police took the compliant and are working towards the facts behind the allegation.
