He sent in four cooks of Parliament to Hyderabad and got them trained in cooking Biryani in Hyderabad Style. Hyderabadi Biryani is now available in Parliament from Tuesday. It is said that various MPs from South India and officials have shown special interest on the newly added item in the first day.
It is said that Jithendra Reddy is keen on introducing several Hyderabadi and Telangana Cuisines in to Parliament Canteen Menu during his tenure. Parliament Canteen serves food items of various states to MPs, officials and journalists at subsidized rates.
