Hyderabad High Court To React to The Most Unjustifiable Act of Center?

Former Minister Konathala Ramakrishna has approached the Hyderabad High Court asking the court to direct the central government to release the funds meant for the backward districts of Andhra Pradesh to the tune of 350 Crore for the year 2017-18.

In his petition, Konathala brought to the notice of the court that the Union Government has credited 350 Crore towards the same for the year 2017-18 and later debited the same account saying that there is no approval from the PMO. This is a claim refuted by BJP but TDP government has put the necessary proofs in the public domain.

The petition is likely to come before the court on Monday. Konathala also brought to the notice of the court that only 946 Crore out of the total 1050 Crore were utilized in the last three financial years. It has to be seen how the Court reacts to the injustice to Andhra Pradesh
