Hyderabad Police book case on Salman

Hyderabad Police booked as case on Salman Khan following a complaint by Mohammed Fasihuddin with VIth Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. The complaint alleged that Salman Khan hurt the sentiments of Muslims in his Bigg Boss show in Colors Television. The show hurt the religious sentiments by depicting “Jannat” (heaven) and “Jahannum” (hell). The court directed the Police to register a case on Salman Khan.

A case was booked on the actor under section 295 of the Indian Penal Code. Hyderabad Police is currently seeking expert opinion regarding the jurisdiction of the case. Bigg Boss is one of the most watched TV shows across the nation. This is the seventh edition of the TV show. Previously, Salman hosted the fourth edition too.
