Hyderabadis to have horrific Summer!

Power Supply in several places of Hyderabad was disrupted for more than four hours on the auspicious Sankranthi eve. While the official deny unofficial power cuts, they say threads of kites cut the power lines at some places disrupting the power service.

On the other side, officials also warn the city people to get ready for four hours power cut and in rest of the places for six hours in the wake of upcoming summer. Officials say the power cuts will begin as early as mid-February.

On the other side, Discoms have already clarified to the state government that it is impossible to supply 6 hours power to agriculture. Telangana government had pinned hopes mainly on 800 MW of power from the Dabhol plant which is yet to be ready.
