I will not utter Andhra names: KCR

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao who is infamous for making several controversial statements has come up with one more and now it is on the floor of Telangana Assembly. The Chief Minister was making a statement regarding the attack on Aurobindo Pharma vice President Nityananda Reddy and mentioned ‘aa Walking Sthalam lo jarigina sangatana'(The incident that happened in that walking park).

It was then an MLA interrupted and prompted ‘KBR Park’ to the Chief Minister. But KCR refused to acknowledge the help and said, ‘gaa peru memu anamagani..’ (We will not utter those names) and completed the statement about the firing incident.

The park was named after former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Kasu Brahmananda Reddy for his contribution to Hyderabad. KCR is not happy with an Andhra name for the famous park in the heart of Telangana’s capital and is planning to change the name of KBR Park as Asaf Jahi Park.
