If Lokesh Proves, Will Leave Politics

Ambati Rambabu has responded to Nara Lokesh’s allegations that YCP leaders insulted his mother. In a tweet, Ambati challenged, “If it is proven that I insulted your mother in the Legislative Assembly, I will apologize unconditionally and quit politics.”

He also pointed out that if cases are to be filed over inappropriate comments, then the current Speaker and Deputy Speaker should be arrested first, suggesting that they bear responsibility for maintaining order in the Assembly.

Ambati’s statement comes as part of the ongoing political rivalry between the YCP and TDP, with both parties accusing each other of misconduct.

By calling for the arrest of legislative leaders, Ambati is signaling that any disciplinary action should apply equally to all members involved in such controversies.

His response adds fuel to the tense political climate in Andhra Pradesh, where personal and political issues frequently intersect.
