Illegal international calls routing in Hyd!

Going by the series of arrests being made in Hyderabad, the city seems to be fastly becoming a hub for illegal international calls routing. Few Techies of the city are bypassing international calls from legitimate gateways using advanced networking equipment and are offering the calls to their clients at lower prices. Recently a Techie named Nagaraju was arrested in Manikonda for illegal calls routing.

Nagaraju, a native of Tenali, Andhra Pradesh is said to be offering international calls to his clients at 34 paisa per minute rate to his clients while legitimate companies charge 45 paisa for the same facility. Police say this hitech cheating is costing 100s of Crores of income for the Department of Telecommunications. Police have seized relevant electronic equipment and over 70 SIMs of different cellphone companies from him.
