India Needs Five Shotguns to Fire to Win the World Cup

Now that IPL is completed, the focus has shifted to Cricket World Cup which begins on 30th of this month. India will depart for England on 22nd May. India’s first match is against South Africa on June 5th. India will face Pakistan at the World Cup 2019 on June 16 in Manchester and the tickets for the mega clash were sold out within 48 hours.

The fortunes of Indian Team will depend on four players – Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Bumrah, Dhawan, and Hardik Pandya. Virat Kohli had a disappointing IPL and his team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru did not even reach the playoffs. But Kohli is a World Class Player and will be definitely needed for India.

Rohit Sharma just won the IPL Title and if he gives the Opening that is needed along with Dhawan, there is no stopping for India. Bumrah is the Top Bowler in the World and has won IPL Title for Mumbai Indias with his accurate Death Bowling. Hardik Pandya smashed a 17 Ball Half Century this IPL and is hitting the ball very nicely. If he can do that in England, India’s Chances will get better.

This year the Tournament format has changed with all the teams playing with the rest of the teams and the Top-4 will advance to the next level. The Hot Summer in England will suck the moisture out of the pitches and is expected to make the Shot Making easy for the Batsmen.
