Indian Father to Get Death Sentence in the US?

The Indian American man who was charged for abandoning his 3-year-old adopted child Sherlin last year in October might get a death sentence for the child been found dead.

If you have not known, Wesley Mathews from Texas reported earlier on October 6 that the child went missing after he punished her for not finishing her milk by leaving her alone outside the yard in early hours of 3 AM. Cops found the girl dead after two weeks in a culvert, after which he changed the story.

Mathews then said that the girl choked after having milk and dead, that is when he took her body out of the home. Jury as per the investigation reports thinks that the man used a deadly weapon to kill the girl which was difficult to find out in the postmortem for the body was decomposed very much. The jury is in thoughts of passing death sentence for the foster father.
