Indian Squad for World Cup 2019 is Announced

BCCI had announced the Provisional Squad for the ODI Cricket Worldcup which happens in England which begins the next month. A 15 member squad was announced a little while ago. The notable names who are missing are Ambati Rayudu and Wicket Keeper Rishabh Pant. Dinesh Karthik made it into the squad ahead of Pant.

Finishing the matches under pressure has come as a benefit to Dinesh Karthik. Vijay Shankar is inducted into the team to come in at Number 4. His ability to bowl in the Overcast conditions and good fielding also worked. Virat Kohli will captain the team while Rohit Sharma will be his deputy.
