Shocking Report on Indians Extra-Marital Affairs

In what can be termed as a shocking, a recent study conducted by a global extra-marital dating app named Gleeden revealed that 53 percent of Indian wives admitted to having had an intimate relationship outside their marriage as compared to 43 percent men.

The study claims to have surveyed over 1,500 people from across major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. The study further went on to say that the number of married women having regular sex with a man who is not her husband stood at 40 percent.

At the same time, only 26 per cent married men regularly got physically intimate with a second woman. On the other side, nearly 50% of the married people confessed of having had an intimate relationship with someone other than the spouse. The final revelation is even more interesting.

37 percent of the respondents said that they would forgive the partner without a second thought, 40 percent would do so basing on the circumstances. Similarly, they expect to be forgiven by their partner. That indicates the broadmindedness of the people involved. However, 1500 respondents may be too low to come to a conclusion on a country with over 100 Crore population.
