Investments in Jagan’s firms, Case posted to 21st Oct

It was earlier alleged that in return of the favour, some business entrepreneurs invested huge money in Jagan’s firms. The first charge sheet on Jagan and 12 others regarding the case was filed on March 31st 2012. Several crores are said to have gone into Jagan’s firms as investments which are made as a part of ‘quid pro quo’ in exchange of the favours received during the YSR government.

Arguments regarding the case have started a week ago on the allotment of land of 75 acres to Aurobindo Group and Hetero Group of companies. Different charge sheets have been filed on senior IAS officers and industrialists regarding the case. These officers and industrialists connected with the case appeared before the court.
