Coming to the topic, there is a commotion on social media that claims that perhaps Indian stars have turned a bit too greedy, to the extent that they are prioritizing this league over national duties.

For instance, Rishabh Pant who was unavailable for selection for the last 2 years due to a car accident, became available for the IPL right from the first match.

Then there is Virat Kohli who didn’t tend to India’s home series against England last month due to personal reasons but became available for IPL right from the first game.

KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya who had fitness issues and were recovering from injuries miraculously became available for selection right at the start of IPL. Shreyas Iyer and Surya Kumar Yadav who were also unavailable due to rehabilitation from injuries got cured on time and are taking part in the IPL.

The fact that so many Indian star cricketers weren’t available for national duties in the recent past miraculously and coincidentally turned fit as a fiddle right before the IPL has led to a social media commotion about their integrity.
