Is Vijayasai Reddy Really Out of Politics?

On Feb 2, Vijayasai Reddy tweeted that PM Modi’s governance was synonymous with strong reforms. On the same day, he met up with YS Sharmila.

The two had a three-hour long discussion at the Lotus Pond residence of YS Sharmila. But questions are being raised among political circles if Vijayasai Reddy is really out of politics.

It has to be noted that he sent a letter to YS Jagan about quitting the party, but went on to meet Sharmila in person, who has turned arch rival of her brother Jagan.

Vijayasai Reddy hasn’t left any opportunity to tweet about Prime Minister Modi praising him to the skies. Also, he is not shying away from addressing the media, on a regular basis.

Sai Reddy said he was also contemplating on his long cherished desire to start a channel despite repeatedly saying he is out of politics. Though he has to make a decision, he told media.

So one is left confused about Vijayasai Reddy’s action. Is he unable to let go of politics or will he make a comeback is the question among public. Many feel Vijayasai Reddy hasn’t quit politics as he seems to be rather active post resignation.

Also his repeated reiteration that his resignation will help the alliance government in AP has become a matter of discussion among Andhra households. Just in case, he starts a channel, will he be in a position to be apolitical?
