Adjoining the land, there is a 250 acre land parcel belonging to Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation. So, the Knowledge hub will be developed in 450 acre land, the ministers said.

In the past, under ex CM Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy, Hi-Tec city came into existence and Financial District was developed. Hyderabad has kept pace with all IT developments that happened across the world. We are now focusing on making use of developments due to growth of AI, said the cabinet committee.
