Jagan and Co’s inhibitions on ED cases pace!

Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his co-accused, Vijaya Sai Reddy are concerned about ED’s working style in dealing their cases. CBI had filed separate charge sheets for all the 11 cases and they see ED following CBI’s footsteps in its investigation too.

The accused said to the court that the Prevention of Money Laundering Act is different and need not be in the CBI model which followed IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act. And so ED should finish the cases as soon as possible.

Following this Hyderabad metropolitan sessions judge T Rajani directed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday to furnish its stand regarding the mode of trial in the disproportionate assets case by July 29th.
