But then, the government is neglecting these secretariats as well like anything in the state. Most secretariats in the state are running in rented buildings.
But the Government is not clearing the bills and is not even paying power bills on time. In many districts, the rents are pending for six months or even more.
The power bills were not paid for as much as a year. We are seeing instances of building owners locking the offices and humiliating the staff.
In some areas, the electricity department even disconnected power to the offices.
In most secretariats, the government is not giving funds for buying stationary. The staff is forced to buy their own stationery as a result.
If this happens to something Jagan claims is his brainchild and his way of revolutionizing administration, something is seriously wrong, Jagan should also know.
