Jagan calls Bhuma as opportunist!

It looks like the exit of YSR Congress MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy and his daughter Akhila Priya is almost confirmed. YSR Congress President and Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy responded on the issue and termed Bhuma as opportunist. He condemned Bhuma’s allegation of not giving him importance in the party.

“What did we do less to Bhuma? We have given PAC Chairman Post. What more oppurtunities are in the party which we did not give him? We can not do anything with opportunists (like Bhuma),” Jagan said in a meeting of YSR Congress MLAs from Kurnool. As a last attempt, Ongole MP YV Subba Reddy was sent to Bhuma’s residence to dissuade him from leaving the party.

With Jagan’s comments, Bhuma family’s exit may be almost confirmed. Bhuma’s exit can be costly for YSR Congress as he is a strong leader in Kurnool. Bhuma’s exit will create lot of insecurity among the new MLAs and small leaders regarding their future. We will have to see what is in store for Jagan with all this ruckus around!
