Speaking at party’s district-level Plenary in Eluru, Sridhar said, “Jagan has the chance of becoming the Prime Minister as well. All that it takes is BJP not getting enough majority. We can have Special Status as well”.
Sridhar also tried to butter the party leaders and cadre. “After YSR Congress came to power, leaders and cadre did many contractors. Their bills are pending even now. But their admiration for the party is not lost,” he said.
Sridhar’s comments about Jagan becoming the Prime Minister got so much of traction on social media.
“Forget about what happens in 2024. If Modi and Amit Shah comes to know about this wishful thinking, ED and CBI will come knocking at the door,” TDP supporters are mocking.
