Jagan candidly self exposes his inexperience!

Ruling Telugu Desam Party often ridicules YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as an inexperienced leader and asks him to read the rule book before coming to Assembly. After a series of unwanted incidents, eight YSR Congress MLAs were suspended from the house and Jagan staged a walkout with remaining MLAs alleging that Speaker did not give him enough time.

YSR Congress further gave No confidence Motion on Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao and Jagan announced that his party will not go to the house until the No Confidence is taken up for discussion. However this boycott revealed Jagan’s inexperience once again.

According to the Article 179, when a No confidence Motion is given on Speaker, the house should have minimum 15 days left in that session. The motion should be given 15 days before and the house should take up the motion for discussion within 10 days of submission. However the budget session of AP Assembly do not have 10 working days left so the No confidence is unlikely to be taken in this session. Jagan should have done more research in to the issue before taking up the challenge of boycotting the house.
