Jagan Counters Sharmila With Money?

YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case has become a vexing issue for the YSR Congress Party ahead of the elections. On one side, Viveka’s daughter Suneetha Reddy consistently accuses Jagan Mohan Reddy of shielding the accused, YS Avinash Reddy.

On the other side, Jagan’s sister Sharmila also points fingers at him for allegedly protecting Vivekananda Reddy’s killers.

At one juncture, Sharmila asserted that YS Vijayamma knows all the facts and challenged Jagan to reveal the truth through Vijayamma. However, Vijayamma, unwilling to be drawn into her children’s conflict, recently went to the United States.

Attempting to evade these allegations somehow, the YCP introduced Viveka’s sister Vimalamma into the scene. Speaking to the media recently, Vimalamma quashed Sharmila and Suneetha’s accusations, questioning whether they personally witnessed Avinash committing Viveka’s murder.

She questioned what’s the use of police investigation if Sharmila and Suneetha want to decide who are murderers by themselves.

Repsonding to Vimalamma’s statements, Sharmila stated that Jagan Mohan Reddy assisted Vimalamma’s son in securing government contracts and garnered her support in this issue.

Sharmila urged Vimalamma to consider that Viveka is her own brother before making such statements in the media. She wondered whether Vimalamma’s old age might be influencing her baseless statements.
