Pracharaniki Menamama, Vastavaniki Kansamama

During Jagan’s government, the education sector hit an all-time low, said HRD, Education and IT minister Nara Lokesh. He said this was further reinforced by national survey body ASER (The Annual Status of Education Report).

Jagan was ‘pracharanike menamama, vastavaniki kansamama’, lashed out Lokesh. While Jagan spent Rs 100 crore on publicity, he barely did anything to upgrade the education sector, the report clearly states said Lokesh.

ASER has shown how the education system deteriorated under Jagan’s government vis-a-vis TDP’s standards in 2018.

The students were unable to identify alphabets and numbers when we came to power, said Lokesh. He said he had to deal with low numbers in schools, lack of basic facilities like water and washrooms were a cause of concern, he said.

The state is so bad that an eight class student is unable to read second class books, an enraged Lokesh said. “I have brought about a lot of changes in the system and started many new reforms. From finding the actual number of children attending school to change the system to be on par with changing technological developments, I have been striving hard since 7 months,” shared Lokesh.

We will soon overhaul the entire education system and bring about ‘AP Model of School Education’, Lokesh revealed.
