Jagan Files Additional Petition in Kodi Kathi Case

Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy filed an additional petition in Hyderabad High Court in his Kodi Kathi Case. Jagan Mohan Reddy brought to the notice of the court that the place of his attack comes under Civil Aviation Protection Act which can be investigated by National Security Agency.

Jagan asked the court to instruct the Union Home Ministry to take up the case. He also brought to the notice of the court that the State Police Department is yet to forward the case report to Union Home Secretary. He asked the court to direct AP DGP and Airport SHO to immediately forward the case to Union Home Secretary.

Earlier this month, Hyderabad High Court had issued notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Andhra Pradesh DGP and eight others in relation to the Kodi Kathi Attack on Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Court posted the next hearing of the case to two weeks.
