Jagan Finally Got What He Wished For

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was upset with former SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar for not toeing his line. During the first Corona wave, the government wanted the local elections to happen but Nimmagadda did not heed.

Later, when all the states are going for elections, the Government did not want the election when Nimmagadda restarted the election process. Recently, when Nimmagadda’s tenure is almost complete, the Government was pushing for MPTC, ZPTC elections.

Finally, Jagan was not happy with Nimmagadda because he did not do what he wished for. Now, he got Neelam Sawhney who is more like a Government dummy doing whatever the Ruling Party wants. On the first day of her office, she gave the notification for the MPTC and ZPTC elections.

Usually, an all-party meeting should precede before the notification. But the SEC announced the schedule and called for the all-party meeting the next day i.e., today. Sensing no meaning in such a meeting, the Opposition – TDP, Janasena, and BJP boycotted the meeting.
