Jagan Appointment To Kodi Kathi Srinu’s Family?

Kodi Kathi Srinu who was arrested before the 2019 elections is still in jail. If he is proven guilty, the maximum punishment he would get is three years but he is in jail for more than four and a half years.

The trial is not moving forward and also, his bail petitions are getting rejected because the victim of this case, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy did not record his statement in this case so far. Jagan has been evading court appearances for these four and a half years. 

It is interesting to note that a few months ago, Jagan gave an appointment to Srinu’s mother and brother. When they reached Tadpelli, the Chief Minister did not meet them after changing his mind at the last minute.

The officials informed them the CM was busy and would meet them some other time. The some other time never came. 

One would wonder why Jagan initially gave an appointment and later changed his mind!

NIA already ruled out no foul play or intention behind the Kodi Kathi attack on Jagan. Probably, Jagan would not want Srinu to be acquitted in this case before the elections so that the opposition would say it is all framed for the 2019 elections.
