Jagan allowed to Jerusalem!

The CBI special court a short while ago allowed YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to go to Jerusalem. Jagan who is the A1 accused in several disproportionate assets cases appealed to the court to give him Passport for renewal and as well as for applying visa to Jerusalem.

However CBI objected to Jagan’s Jerusalem tour saying that all the cases are in primary stage and Jagan’s foreign tours will only delay the proceedings of the case. They reminded the court how Jagan tried to delay the case proceedings seeking unnecessary exemptions from the case.

However the court still provided the permission for Jagan. The Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh is likely to take up the Jerusalem trip in June/July.It may be reminded to our readers that Jagan is provided bail after surrendering his passport to the court. He is not allowed to leave the state with out the prior permission of the court.
