Jagan Government Missing PK

The contribution of Prashant Kishor’s I-PAC is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Historic Victory is immense. The contract of I-PAC with YSR Congress is finished after the elections and the contract is likely to be resumed before 2024 elections. But then, YSR Congress is already missing Prashant Kishor’s services.

TDP has become very aggressive in Social Media ever since the defeat of the election. YSR Congress Social Media Wing is taken back and is struggling to match TDP’s intensity. The situation of YSRCP Social Media Wing is not as worse as that of TDP in 2014-19 but still not something Jagan would like.

Prashant Kishor’s team using its national media contacts used to plant positive stories of Jagan in the media and the exact opposite ones of Chandrababu Naidu’s Government. Jagan Government is totally missing that. Despite having several media advisors and a fleet of Sakshi employees on the Government payroll, the state Government got so much of bad press in this 100 plus days rule.

Some of the National Media Journalists termed the Government’s action on Chalo Atmakur as akin to how the Central Government did to Jammu and Kashmir Leaders during abrogation of Article 370. BJP Government at least had the moral high ground of Kashmir issue in that but here, Chalo Atmakur is about alleged Political Violence. Jagan seems to be certainly missing Prashant Kishor now.
