Jagan’s Inexperience Vs Chandrababu’s Political Maturity

Attacks on Opposition Party’s offices have happened in Andhra Pradesh like never before in the history. Usually such incidents tarnish the image of the state and the Governments, but then the rank and file of YSR Congress including the Chief Minister have welcome these attacks and defended them in one name or the other.

For any party in power, people around the leaders do not let the reality reach the ears. They try to be in the good books of the leader and amplify his opinion. So there is no reality check at all. But then, People will draw their own conclusions without any bias. Historically, people of AP do not like violence.

We have seen people not hitting the streets even during the bifurcation. A seasoned politician like Chandrababu knows it very well and so, has not retaliated. The peaceful protest he has undertaken will only increase the sympathy on TDP. This is nothing but a self goal from YSR Congress right now.

TDP cadre is a bit disappointed after the party pulled out of Badvel By-election. YSR Congress has done a favor by rejuvenating the cadre and making the party popular with the voters. In a democracy, making the Opposition active and popular is the biggest mistake a ruling party may commit.
